An overall all-round very good experience staying at this hotel. Staff were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean with all facilities available. Nicely situated and close range to all commuting facilities including tram and metro. Walking distance to sight seeing places like Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar.would recommend 💯

The best part of this hotel is its staff. You can find a clean room with adequate amenities in the area, but the staff here really stood out. They spoke great English, were helpful, and brought smiles to our faces.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We had a room close to reception and they had zero issues with me requesting to move to a more private room. Location was great. Short walk to touristy stuff but in a more residential area so it was quiet at night

The room is not large in size, but relatively clean. Function: Although it is small, it has all the necessary features. I ordered breakfast included, and the breakfast was simple and clean. There are many restaurants around.

You cannot go wrong by choosing this hotel to stay! Rooms are clean and big enough for 3 people during our stay. Open buffet breakfast is excellent with several different varieties and the staff is very welcoming to the guests. We were able to walk to Sultanahmet and Cemberlitas everyday in 10 to 15 minutes. One of the best Fish Restaurants Market is almost next to the hotel and you can hear nice music every night while passing around there. Main metro station 10 minutes away by walking. There are several supermarkets around as the location of the hotel is excellent. Especially Front Desk people are very helpful with excellent service and information to the guests. Also, it is safe to walk around the hotel even at night. I recommend it to the people who are looking for a pleasant stay in Kumkapi area.

Stayed with my family for 1 night, the hotel was clean, tidy, the breakfast was delicious, there was an omelet, boiled eggs, sausages, cheeses, borek, etc. We didn't go hungry. Quiet, cozy hotel, with spacious rooms for three, each with their own bed and their own socket :)
